Skoolix is looking for a “Administrative Assistant” in Alexandria, with the following requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage travel logistics and reservations for the team.
- Manage and maintain admin records and invoices.
- Maintain standardised templates/process for contracts.
- Review and highlight contracts terms to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Organise and store soft copies of all contracts.
- Manage and maintain petty cash and money collection process.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports for CEO and CFO.
Required Skills/Experience:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency with English language, (fluency with other languages is a plus).
- Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel. Power Point, Google tools and report generation tools.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience with bookkeeping and documents management.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related industries is a plus.
