Skoolix is looking for a “Account Management Team Lead” in Alexandria, with the following requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Owns clients retention process.
- Responsible for contract renewals.
- Leads the account management team toward maximising the retention rate for their accounts.
- Responsible for efficiency of schools’ trainings, based on customer’s feedback and different target audience.
- Tracks customer satisfaction with different metrics.
- Owns team processes to achieve higher efficiency.
- Tracks team’s allocation, and utilisation.
- Leads solving customer’s problems on all accounts.
- Training the account management team members.
- Reports technical issues to tech team, tracking progress and updating customers.
- Shares customers’ and market’s needs to other teams.
- Act as 2nd level of escalation for customers if needed.
Required Skills/Experience:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall work experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in managerial roles.
- Training and presentation skills.
